Our mission is to educate communities and raise awareness about the important role owls and wildlife play in our natural habitat. By dispelling misconceptions, our goal is to foster a deep respect for all living creatures, no matter their size or species.
We aim to foster a greater sense of appreciation, respect, tolerance and empathy within society by emphasising our interdependence and connectedness with the natural world and its delicate balance.
Throughout all our efforts in wildlife rescue and conservation, one issue that has stood out is the growing gap between children and our natural environment. It's crucial to teach kids about the beauty of nature and the impact humans have on our planet.
It is with this in mind that we invite all schools to join us in our efforts of planting the seed of environmental consciousness in young minds. Book a fun and informative wildlife talk or find out more about our wildlife books : info@owlrescuecentre.org.za
Our aim is to reach a wider audience of young, developing minds and raise awareness. To achieve this we need your help!
